JWG affirms to check anti-social activities  

 

Dimapur, March 10: Joint Working Group (GPRN/NSCN, NNC/FGN, NSCN/GPRN) and the Forum for Naga Reconciliation Wednesday reaffirmed to uphold, respect and implement the Covenant of Reconciliation in the spirit of inclusiveness.

In a joint appeal the JWG and the FNR also affirmed to jointly monitor and check anti-social activities. The appeal was jointly issued by C. Singon, Convenor, JWG; Zhopra Vero, Convenor, JWG; Q. Tuccu, for Convenor, JWG and Rev. Dr. Wati Aier, Convenor, FNR.

The JWG also reaffirmed to cease all offensive activities in toto; and requested all Naga army commanders in the Naga areas to uphold and abide by this principle.
